1 1/2 pounds broccoli
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
